Well, I’m in the office, but I have absolutely no idea what to bo next.

There are obviously bits of text scattered throughout the scene; I’m trying to think what significance the various markings on the box might hold.

Ok, so what letters are there in the picture? There are some which have obviously been added:
US
DEL
/
puzzles
The latter has a few arrows, presumably indicating that only some of the letters are supposed to be used:
PUZLS
However, I can’t find any combination of those letters which works..

I see four more letters but am just as stuck as to what the arrows mean…

Note that the letters, reading from left to right across the picture, spell out DELICIOUS, but I have a hard time seeing how this could lead to a solution.

Here’s a hint: the letters do spell DELICIOUS, but more importantly, they also spell del icio us…

Ok, I get it.. Thanks for the tip Jack (again)!

I think I solved it. The puzzles transcend mere logical analysis, which I guess is what makes it a treasure hunt and not just a string of brainteasers. Frustrating in a way, since the extralogical elements introduce an infinity of ways to be misled, but also more exciting.

Hopefully, complicated enough that one person can’t figure them all out by his or her self. That is why the message board was provided. So you can talk it out with others. Yet the board adds to challenge because you want to win but you may need to collaborate with others to solve a puzzle and move forward.

I also liked the cheeky link to BTAF, which is how I found this site.

So… do I have to do something with the letters PUZLS to give me a tag to search for in del icio us?
December 10th, 2007 at 6:14 am
Is del icio us something that would make sense to me if I were more web savvy?
December 10th, 2007 at 6:18 am
never mind, I found del icio us, but as I’ve never seen it before, I don’t know how it works.
